Todo lists

The 'Todo' window, contains a record of keywords or short sentences which are relevant reminders to the user. By clicking on a Todo title, the user is able to view details of the Todo and edit or cancel it. The fields at the top of the Todo window allow the user to search or filter the Todos by keyword, category or status.

New Todos are added by clicking on 'New' in the Todo window. This will open a new window in which the user can insert the information regarding the Todo, including a title, description, status, begin and end date, priority, etc. Todos can be assigned to a project or subproject.

The bottom section of the 'New Todo' window regards access. The creator of a new Todo may grant access to the group, specific users, only users of a certain profile or only to himself.
