Calendar - creating, modifying and deleting events

Create:
There are two ways to insert a new event - basic and extended:
Basic Event: In the lower section of the frame on the left side of the window, there is a small form to quickly create a basic event. The user must insert an event name in the text field, the day of the current month (to insert an event in another month, navigate to that month view the drop down list box) and the begin and end time of the event. The format for the time is '0820' or '2300'. The event is then created by clicking on the create button.
Extended Event: In order to add more information about an event, create a group event or create a repetitive event, the user should click on the 'extended' link next to the Create button. The extended event form appears in the middle frame. Here the user is able to insert a large comment, schedule a resource, associate the event to a project or contact and define a series of events. If the user has 'chief' status, he is able to insert events into the calendars of other users as well.

Modify:
The user can edit an event by clicking on the text of an event in the calendar, making the changes in the event form and then selecting the 'Modify' button. The user is able to modify only the events which he has created.

Delete:
The user can delete an event by clicking on the text of an event in the calendar, and then selecting the 'Delete' button. The user is able to delete only the events which he has created.
